You can take more responsibility for your health and fitness by exercising regularly, eating healthy meals, and not smoking or drinking. Always remember that its 80 nutrition and 20 exercise. This means dont starve yourself to death because you will not be healthy. Also remember that health and fitness goes hand and hand. You cant be healthy without fitness. And you cant be fit without being healthy.
What are goals?
Goals are expectations that you have for yourself. They are basically set so you will know what you want to achieve over a certain amout of time.
What is goal setting?
Goal setting is setting up an scheiveable method or goal that you want to reach or do everyday.
What is the difference between long-term goals and short-term goals?
Long term goal are goals which you set over a longer period of time. Such as 6 months to a year. Short term goals are goals that you set over ashort period of time. Such as a month or two.
What are the steps necessary for successful goals setting?
